Won't my child just use ChatGPT to cheat on schoolwork?
This is the question we get most — and it's why our curriculum exists. Our lessons are explicitly designed around using ChatGPT as a thinking partner, not a shortcut. Students learn to fact-check AI outputs, spot hallucinations, understand why AI gets things wrong, and use it to deepen their own understanding. Instructors check comprehension live and ask "why does ChatGPT say this?" — not "what did ChatGPT write?" Lesson 17 (Spotting AI Mistakes) and Lesson 37 (AI Ethics) tackle this head-on.

Does my child need any tech experience?
No. ChatGPT requires no coding knowledge — just curiosity and basic typing. If your child can type and read, they can start with Lesson 1 and build from there. We welcome complete beginners.

What ages is this for?
Ages 10–18. Students who are comfortable reading and typing can join; we tailor pacing, project topics, and examples to your child's age and interests.

Is ChatGPT safe for kids?
In a supervised classroom setting, yes. Every class has a live instructor guiding what students prompt and explore. We use the standard ChatGPT interface (students can use a parent-managed account or we can demo from the teacher's screen). We cover responsible AI use, privacy basics, and the difference between using AI ethically vs. irresponsibly as part of the curriculum.

What does my child need to start?
A laptop or desktop with a good internet connection (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari — not tablets), working microphone and speaker, and a quiet space. A free ChatGPT account is helpful but not required for the first few lessons — the instructor can demo while your child follows along.

How long is each class? How often?
Each class is one hour. Most students take one class per week, but you can do twice a week if you want to move faster. Classes are available 7 days a week.

How long does the program last?
The full 42-lesson path takes most students 6–9 months at one class per week. After that, students can continue with our Claude Code, Python, or Agentic AI tracks to go deeper.

How is this different from just letting my child use ChatGPT at home?
Home use is mostly trial-and-error with no guidance on what makes a good prompt, how to verify outputs, or how to use AI ethically and creatively. Our course gives structure, challenge, and a live expert who helps students get dramatically better results — and understand why. Students who finish this course use AI more confidently and critically than most adults.
